Our current hiring focus is UPSC, RAS & Rajasthan GK, academic content quality, SSC & Banking, and coaching partnerships. Other roles may remain listed for reference and are clearly marked when hiring is closed.

What we look for

  • 2+ years of UPSC preparation, teaching, research, or competitive-exam content experience
  • Strong understanding of GS subjects, current affairs, government reports, and source-based research
  • Can write clearly in English or Hindi and connect current events with the UPSC syllabus

  • 2+ years preparing, teaching, researching, or creating content for RAS/RPSC examinations
  • Strong command of Rajasthan history, geography, polity, economy, culture, schemes, and current affairs
  • Excellent Hindi writing and fact-checking skills, with the ability to map content to the RAS syllabus

  • Strong ability to verify facts, sources, dates, names, answer keys, explanations, and syllabus alignment

  • Comfortable creating accurate questions in Hindi and/or English with consistent formatting

  • 1–3 years of B2B business development, consultative sales, or partnerships experience; ed-tech experience is a plus
  • Strong Hindi and English communication with confident discovery conversations and follow-through
  • Able to understand client requirements, coordinate proposals, maintain a pipeline, and build long-term institute relationships
