Project-Based Work

For project-based engagements, cancellation and refund terms are defined in the approved proposal or contract.

Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable and may be adjusted against advance payments.

Retainer Engagements

Retainer services are billed on agreed cycles. Cancellation typically requires prior written notice as specified in the agreement.

Unused capacity and credit carryover rules follow the signed commercial terms.

Discovery Calls and Consultations

Discovery calls can be rescheduled with reasonable notice via email or phone.

Any paid consultation terms, where applicable, will be communicated before booking confirmation.
